• The award of $1,100,000 in Public Infrastructure Fund grants for the Sims Way Gateway plan and the Quilcene Complete Streets project.

• A request for a public hearing on redistricting to be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 6.

• An agreement to pay $10,000 for training and consulting services for the county intellectual and developmental disability program.

• The acceptance of a grant of $19,321 from the state Office of Public Defense for Blake Representation to provide legal assistance for individuals trying to vacate felony convictions pursuant to State v Blake.

• An agreement with EDC Team Jefferson to use Public Infrastructure Funds to pay for economic development personnel.

• An agreement to contract with Sargent Engineering, Inc. for $21,904 to replace the pit scale at the county transfer station.

• An agreement with Interwest Construction, Inc. for $573,723.61 for pedestrian and bike improvements to state Highway 116 and Cedar Avenue.

• A request to convene the Board of Equalization to hear property tax appeals for 2021.

Association of counties

The Washington State Association of Counties will hear a weekly update on COVID-19 when they meet at noon Monday.

Both Clallam and Jefferson counties will participate.

Port of Port Townsend

Port of Port Townsend commissioners will discuss a draft of the revised organizational chart during a workshop meeting at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.

The commissioners will hear the second reading of the draft 2022 operating budget, capital budget, rates, property tax levy and IDD tax levy in a regular session at 1 p.m.

The Olympic Educational Service District 114 board of directors will discuss superintendent search planning during an executive session during a special meeting at 10 a.m. Monday.

The board will also discuss personnel matters during a second executive session.

The meeting will be in-person at the district office, 105 National Ave. N., Bremerton.

OESD 114 serves the 15 school districts on the Kitsap and North Olympic peninsulas by delivering educational services that can be more efficiently or economically performed regionally.

Public Utility District

Jefferson County Public Utility District commissioners will host a department roundtable during a special meeting at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
