PORT ANGELES — The former Gottschalks location may soon be the home of a much larger Country Aire Natural Foods grocery.
The K.O. Erickson Trust, which owns the building at 200 W. First St., in downtown Port Angeles accepted a $650,000 offer from grocery owners Robyn and John Miletich on Tuesday.
The closing date is June 16, said Realtor Pili Meyer of Coldwell Banker Uptown Realty.
Robyn Miletich said they plan to move the grocery from its cramped quarters at 117 E. First St., in Port Angeles by late September.
She said they will start by using the top floor and likely will lease the basement.
