PORT ANGELES — Firefighters, EMTs and paramedics from Clallam 2 Fire-Rescue will help Santa collect items for food banks this weekend.
Fire crews will operate stationary dropoff points from 6 to 7:30 tonight at Grocery Outlet, 2823 E. U.S. Highway 101, Port Angeles, and from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Lower Elwha Food and Fuel, 4772 S. Dry Creek Road, Port Angeles.
The dropoff points will be marked by a decorated fire engine.
Community members are invited to visit with local firefighters and grab a picture with Santa.
There will be fire engines and ambulances for families to look at.
