As I write this, the daily PDN’s Reader Poll shows nearly 60 percent of respondents believe that Donald Trump should not be on the Republican primary ballot.
That is shocking to me.
The primaries belong to the parties. The Republican primary belongs to Republicans.
The state just helps out in a normal primary in this state.
Do you want to know the biggest threat to democracy?
That happens when Democrats keep their political opponents off the ballot. Communists do that.
So are we now saving democracy by destroying it?
Here in this representative republic, if we can’t vote for the person we want to represent us, it is no longer America as we knew it.
It has become the Communist States of America.
