As a former colleague of Heidi Eisenhour, I am writing in support of Heidi for Jefferson County district 2 commissioner.
Heidi is an action-oriented problem solver who puts her heart and soul into everything she does.
She treats everyone, whether she knows them or not, like family, and that has allowed her to work alongside fisherman and farmers on the ground, as well as with state and federal leaders advocating for policies to protect the land and environment both locally and regionally.
As a leader, not only does she know when to stop and listen, and the value of having diverse representation at the table, but she also has the ability to empower everyone around her to build on their strengths and work towards common goals.
Whatever she does, it always comes back to her community.
Heidi is the type of team player who will stay up with you all night, make sure you are fed and caffeinated, and will work tirelessly on behalf of the people and places she cares for.
She has a well-documented and vast track record of being able to lead teams and projects to achieve success and can be trusted to guide sound policy making while juggling many different interests.
