This president has been challenged up one side and down the other by so many.
I am watching him on TV right now as he hosts this new program in aiding former incarcerated individuals by removing job barriers and assisting with transportation once released.
Former President Barack Obama had the great opportunity to make such a difference in our country and more importantly with people of color. Instead the country became more racially divided than ever.
Politicians have always used the minority of any situation to grandstand so as to earn votes.
Yet, with all the conflicts President Donald Trump has to confront, he is supporting one of the biggest programs that may help this country get back on track.
He deserves recognition for this giant step.
His guests were the CEO of Goodwill Industries and other organizations who all agree that barriers must be removed and jobs created and they are doing so globally.
Happy birthday, Mr. President.
