Priorities?
Port Angeles has a high school which needs replacing and a middle school which needs either replacing or an incredible amount of money to bring it up to standards.
There are 2 or 3 elementary schools which need some refurbishing.
There are homeless and opioid addicted people on every street corner and in many doorways but we are building a $34 million performing arts center?
