Pigs on the Wing to perform Pink Floyd tributes

PORT TOWNSEND — Pigs on the Wing: A Tribute to Pink Floyd is returning to Port Townsend for two nights Friday and Saturday.

Both shows will be at the American Legion Hall at 209 Monroe St. in Port Townsend, with doors opening at 8 p.m. for an 8:30 p.m. show, but each performance will be unique.

Friday’s performance will be “Pigs on the Wing: A Pink Floyd Retrospective: offering a specially curated evening of classic Pink Floyd featuring two sets of deep cuts and hits from Piper at the Gates of Dawn, Meddle, The Dark Side of The Moon, Animals, The Wall and others.

Saturday’s show will be “Pigs on the Wing: The Dark Side of the Moon 50th Anniversary.”

The band will perform The Dark Side of the Moon in its entirety in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the album’s release, plus a full second set of classic Floyd.

Single-night tickets are $30 in advance and $35 the day of the show. Two-night passes are $50.
