Kellogg to perform as part of Strait Country Music Series

PORT ANGELES — Britnee Kellogg will perform at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.

The singer is part of the Strait Country Music Series at Field Arts and Events Hall, 201 W. Front St.

Tickets, which cost $15 to $45 per person, are available at www.fieldhallevents.org/tickets.

“We thought of this as a series within a series, like the Queens of Country within the Strait Country Music Series. We’re focused on presenting more country artists, and for these first three concerts, we selected three incredible female performers,” said Steve Raider-Ginsburg, Field Hall’s executive and artistic director. “The talent and the audience response has been amazing; we hope this is just the beginning.”

Kellogg, who was born and raised in Vancouver, Wash., was featured on Season 11 and Season 12 of American Idol. She has shared the stage with such artists as Blake Shelton, Eric Paslay, Lee Brice, Kane Brown, Little Big Town and Keith Urban.

Kellogg has been focused on writing and performing original music that showcases her vocal stylings and personal storytelling.
