Future of oceans lecture set

PORT TOWNSEND — Rebecca Mostow will present “Hybrid in a Haystack: Hybrid beachgrass discovery, description and ecological consequences in the Pacific Northwest” at 3 p.m. Sunday.

Mostow will speak at the chapel on Fort Worden, on Fort Worden Way near W Street.

The free lecture is part of the center’s Future of Oceans series.

Mostow, a coast ecologist, is a former AmeriCorps staffer at the Port Townsend Marine Science Center.
