Car show in downtown Port Angeles this weekend

PORT ANGELES — The North Olympic Mustangs will host it’s 36th annual car Show and Shine at The Gateway transit center Saturday and Sunday.

A cruise will start 11 a.m. Saturday from the Price Ford parking lot at 3311 U.S. Highway 101.

Registration for the Show and Shine will begin at 9 a.m. Sunday with prizes awarded at 3 p.m. Trophies for first, second and third place will be awarded in more than 32 classes.

Additional trophies will be awarded for hard luck, club participation and long distance. Two sponsors’ choice trophies will also be awarded.

Dash plaques will be given to the first 150 entrants.

There will also be raffle prizes and a 50/50.

The entry fee for cars will be $20 at the gate.
