PORT ANGELES — Olympic Medical Center has promoted one staffer and hired two more in its marketing and communications department.
Marketing employee Donna Pacheco has been promoted to senior marketing coordinator.
Pacheco, who has worked at OMC for five years, will manage the center’s traditional marketing strategies such as print advertising, outdoor media and event planning.
Ryan Hueter
Ryan Hueter will oversee digital marketing platforms.
Hueter, an alumnus of Peninsula College’s Running Start program, has a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the University of Washington in Seattle.
Prior to joining OMC, Hueter was the director of baseball information for the Seattle Mariners.
Heather Nelson
Heather Nelson joined the staff in October as a communication specialist; she will coordinate, write and edit both external and internal content.
Nelson has a Bachelor of Arts in English and journalism from the University of Nevada in Reno, Nev., and a Master of Arts in elementary education from Arizona State University in Tempe, Ariz.
Before starting at OMC, Nelson worked for the nonprofit World Concern as a technical writer.
