Free outdoor concerts on tap this week

Music will fill the air at free summertime family-friendly concerts in Sequim, Port Angeles and Port Townsend this week.
Bring your own seating — and perhaps a picnic dinner — to enjoy the public concerts.
■ Sequim — Tuesday, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Cascada (Latin guitar world fusion).
The concert is part of the city of Sequim’s Music in the Park series every Tuesday through Aug. 28 outside the James Center for the Performing Arts at Carrie Blake Park.
Snacks are available from a concession stand staffed by the Sequim High School Band Boosters.
Next concert: Testify (rock and rhythm and blues), Aug. 7.
■ Port Angeles — Wednesday, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Charlie Ferris (vocalist, entertainer).
This is part of the Port Angeles Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Concert on the Pier series. Concerts are every Wednesday through Sept. 5 at City Pier.
City Pier is a no-smoking, no-skateboards, alcohol-free venue.
Some chairs are available for disabled people and early arrivals.
Next concert: SuperTrees (rock ‘n’ roll), Aug. 8.
■ Port Townsend — Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., Dana Lyons (comedy, ballads and love songs).
Concerts in the Port Townsend Concerts on the Dock music series are each Thursday through Sept. 6 at the Pope Marine Park-City Dock Civic Plaza.
Music is sponsored by local businesses, the Port Townsend Main Street Program, Puget Sound Energy and the city of Port Townsend.
Food vendors and a beer and wine garden are available.
Seating opens at 5 p.m.
Next concert: Chuck Easton Sextet, Aug. 16.
