Jim’s Pharmacy selects VIMO as its charity of the month

Linda Cameron of Jim’s Pharmacy, right, presents a donation of $785.10 to Zoe Apisdorf, developmental coordinator for VIMO — Volunteers in Medicine of the Olympics — in Port Angeles.
VIMO was Jim’s “Shop with Loyalty and Shop Locally” charity of the month for September.
Each month, Jim’s donates a portion of its profits from over-the-counter sales and its used-book table, plus donations from customers and employees, to a local nonprofit organization .
The pharmacy currently is raising funds for the Peninsula College Foundation.
