PORT ANGELES — Police were looking Thursday for a car reportedly stolen from Ruddell Auto Mall on Sunday.

The white 2013 Hyundai Tucson was taken at about 9:51 p.m., police said.

An unidentified person was seen on the dealership’s surveillance video to enter the lot on South Golf Course Road on foot and use a remote keyless fob to enter and start the vehicle, said Port Angeles Police Officer John Nutter.

The person wore a light-colored hoodie.

When taken, the car did not have a license plate.

The stolen car reportedly was seen on the east side of Port Angeles on Wednesday but was driven away before police arrived.

If the car is spotted, phone 9-1-1 emergency dispatchers.

Do not approach the vehicle or anyone in the car, police emphasized.
