PORT ANGELES — Dann Mead Smith, president of the Washington Policy Center, will speak to the Port Angeles Business Association at Joshua’s Restaurant & Lounge, 113 Del Guzzi Drive, at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.

This event is open to the public for a minimum breakfast charge at the restaurant.

Smith will talk about minimum wage and participate in a question-and-answer session with attendees.
