EYE ON BUSINESS: This week’s meetings across the Peninsula

■ Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce — Weekly luncheon meetings are held Mondays at noon at the Port Townsend Elks Lodge, 555 Otto St.
This Monday’s meeting will be a candidates forum between Jefferson County Public Utility District candidates Kenneth Collins and Tony De Leo.
The forum will be controlled and moderated by the League of Women Voters of Jefferson County and the Port Townsend & Jefferson County Leader weekly newspaper.
Lunch at $8 will be served by Subway. The meeting sponsor will be Kristen Manwaring Insurance.
■ Forks Chamber of Commerce — Luncheon meetings normally are Wednesdays at noon at JT’s Sweet Stuffs, 80 N. Forks Ave.
However, this Wednesday’s meeting, hosted by the Quileute tribe, will be held at River’s Edge Restaurant, 41 Main St., LaPush.
Discussion will involve chamber business, followed by a Last Chance Salmon Derby planning meeting.
■ Port Angeles Business Association — Breakfast meetings are Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. at Joshua’s Restaurant, 113 DelGuzzi Drive, Port Angeles.
This Tuesday’s meeting is a scheduled forum between Clallam County commissioner candidates Sissi Bruch and Bill Peach.
There is a $3 minimum charge by Joshua’s for those who do not order breakfast.
