EYE ON BUSINESS: This week’s meetings

■   Port Angeles Regional Chamber of Commerce — Twice-monthly luncheon meetings are held on the first and third Mondays at noon in the second-floor meeting room of the Red Lion Hotel, 221 N. Lincoln St.

This Monday’s speaker will be Ken O’Hollaren, executive director of the Port of Port Angeles, with a review of recent port activity.

Tickets for the luncheon are $15 and can be purchased from the meeting room cashier. For those not having lunch, there is a $3 participation fee that includes a beverage.

■   Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce — Weekly ­luncheon meetings are held Mondays at noon at the Port Townsend Elks Lodge, 555 Otto St.

This Monday’s speaker will be Holley Carlson, president-elect of the Port Townsend Education Foundation; Caitlin Harrison, outgoing president; and Jim Emery, tech adviser/secretary, on what the foundation does for the community, its focus on outreach and board development. They also will present a short video and will take questions from the audience.

The meeting sponsor is Habitat for Humanity.

Lunch by Subway costs $8.

■   Sequim-Dungeness Valley Chamber of Commerce — Twice-monthly luncheon meetings are held at 11:45 a.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at SunLand Golf & Country Club, 109 Hilltop Drive, Sequim.

This Tuesday’s speaker will be Eric Lewis, CEO of Olympic Medical Center, with an update on the Sequim campus and the 2016-18 strategic plan.

The meeting sponsor is Assured Hospice.

Reservations for lunch at $15 each will be taken until noon Monday; phone 360-683-6197 or email jodim@sequimchamber.com.

Seats are available for those who are not having lunch. Coffee or tea is $3.

■   Forks Chamber of Commerce — Luncheon meetings are Wednesdays at noon at Blakeslee’s Bar & Grill, 1222 S. Forks Ave.

This Wednesday’s agenda was not available by press time Saturday.

Lunch with salad or soup costs $9.75.

■   Port Angeles Business Association — Breakfast meetings are Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. at Joshua’s Restaurant, 113 ­DelGuzzi Drive, Port Angeles.

This Tuesday’s speaker will be Colleen McAleer, president of the Washington Business Alliance. Voting for the 2016 officers and board members also will occur.

There is a $3 minimum charge by Joshua’s for those who do not order breakfast.
