UPDATE: Highway 101 cleared after trees left it blocked in both directions south of Brinnon

BRINNON — Trees down on U.S. Highway 101 south of Brinnon closed the roadway in both directions for an hour today, according to the state Department of Transportation.

In a bulletin at 3:20 p.m. today, Transportation said the roadway was fully blocked until further notice near McDonald Creek at milepost 312.

The road was cleared by 4:12 p.m.
