OLYMPIA — Bergen Teschner has earned the Certified Builder designation from the Building Industry Association of Washington.

Teschner and her husband, Justin, own Cornerstone Builders in Sequim.

There are only approximately 50 BIAW-certified builders statewide, according to a press release from the association.
