Seaside seats for Concert on the Dock

Kayakers find a cool way to beat the heat and listen to live music during Thursday’s Concert on the Dock at Pope Marine Park in Port Townsend. Another concert is set this coming Thursday when temperatures are expected to have dipped to temperatures more commonly felt on the North Olympic Peninsula.
