Loneliness and isolation topic for free program

PORT ANGELES — Olympic Unitarian Universalist Fellowship will host “TED Talks: Loneliness and Social Isolation” from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday.

The free program is in the fellowship hall at 1033 N. Barr Road.

The program will include three or four TED Talk videos, each followed by a discussion.

The program includes “The lies our culture tells us about what matters — and a better way to live” by David Brook; “The secret to living longer may be your social life” by Susan Pinker; “How co-housing can make us happier and live longer” by Grace Kim; and “You are not alone in your loneliness” by Jonny Sun.
