Native plant lecture online today

PORT ANGELES — The Clallam Conservation District will host a webinar on using native plants for beauty and to great habitat from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. today.

The free Zoom presentation will cover the creation of hedgerows, windbreaks, and privacy screens; protection of both new and existing plantings from horses and livestock; and the use of native plants to enhance habitat for pollinators, birds, bats and other wildlife.
