Most Peninsula districts have resumed classes

Cape Flattery, Quilcene and Brinnon public school districts will resume classes today, while other North Olympic Peninsula districts have already begun.

Sequim schools’ start was last week. Port Angeles, Port Townsend, Chimacum, Crescent and Quillayute Valley school districts resumed classes Tuesday.

The first day of preschool and kindergarten in the Port Angeles district will be Friday.

Half-day kindergartners in Port Townsend will begin Thursday, while preschoolers and full-day kindergartners start Monday.

Kindergartners in the Crescent and Cape Flattery districts also will start Monday.

Quillayute Valley kindergartners will start Thursday.

Chimacum kindergartners will start Friday.
