Corrections deputy joins Clallam County Sheriff’s Office

PORT ANGELES — The Clallam County Sheriff’s Office recently announced the hiring of a new corrections deputy.
According to a press release, McLeod Hutchin was sworn in by Sheriff Bill Benedict on Feb. 5.
Hutchin was born and raised in Kansas City, Mo., and is a 21-year veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard.
