Clallam commissioners to hold public hearing July 17 on proposed fireworks ban

PORT ANGELES — The Clallam County Board of Commissioners will hold a continued public hearing at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 17, on a proposed ordinance that would ban consumer fireworks in unincorporated areas.

The hearing will take place in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room of the Clallam County Courthouse, 223 E. Fourth St., Room 160.

Due to an editing error, it was initially reported in Eye on Clallam on Sunday that the hearing would be Tuesday, June 26.
