Brinnon: Motorcyclist satisfactory following head-on

An Olympia woman was listed in satisfactory condition at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle following a head-on collision early Saturday afternoon on Highway 101 just north of the Mason-Jefferson county line.

Allyson L. Brooks, 40, of Olympia was riding her motorcycle northbound on Highway 101 about 12:15 p.m. Saturday when she crossed the centerline, the State Patrol reported. She collided in the southbound lane with a Ford Bronco driven by Tommy L. Wright, 52, Poulsbo.

Wright was not injured, the patrol said.
