SEQUIM — Residents living in and near the SunLand community will have another opportunity to voice their opinions at a hearing about a developer’s plans to build a residential subdivision near there.

The public hearing is at 1 p.m. Monday in room 160 of the Clallam County Courthouse, 223 E. Fourth St., Port Angeles.

Comments are limited to issues involving sewage disposal and traffic effects.

An 85-unit development proposed by Spanaway developer Maurice McGrath has been the subject of controversy for several years.
