Clallam: Mail-in ballot returns lagging behind 2002 totals

Ballot returns in the all-mail Clallam County primary election are lagging slightly behind last year’s totals, according to Auditor Cathy McKeown.

On Wednesday 869 ballots arrived at the auditor’s office. —————-
