Shepherd’s Festival held at Sequim Prairie Grange

Cyndie Stumbaugh who has directed the festival for years recalls that it started back in 1980 but missed the last three years because of COVID. Cyndie Stumbaugh, who has directed the festival for years, said the festival began in 1980, but missed the last three years because of COVID. This year’s revival was met with blue skies and many visitors. “It’s excellent and I’m thrilled,” Stumbaugh said.
