Mental health classes offered

PORT TOWNSEND — The National Alliance On Mental Illness Jefferson County will conduct the 8-week Family-To-Family program from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturdays from Jan. 28 through March 17.

The class is designed for family members, friends and caretakers of adults with a mental illness.

Some topics covered include brain disorders, communicating with your loved one and medications.
