Khile promoted to operations manager at Port of Port Townsend

PORT TOWNSEND — The Port of Port Townsend has announced the promotion of Terry Khile to the newly created position of operations manager.

Khile, who has worked for the port for almost 32 years, most recently as hoist and yard manager at the Boat Yard, will supervise 17 employees in his new role.

Khile will manage operations at the Jefferson County International Airport, the Port Townsend Boat Yard and the port’s three marinas; Point Hudson Marina, the Boat Haven Marina and the Herb Beck Marina in Quilcene.
