PORT ANGELES — Adrian Acosta of Hullsboro, Ore., and his daughter, Arien Acosta, 15, make their way over normally submerged rocks at Hollywood Beach in Port Angeles during low tide. Thursday’s -2.8-foot tide was among the lowest of the year at Port Angeles Harbor.
