The hot air balloons were grounded at Airport Appreciation Day at Fairchild International Airport because of the weather, so organizers turned an older balloon into an inside-out “bounce house.” Children played inside the half-inflated balloon with beach balls while enjoying the steady stream of air being forced into the canopy to keep it partially inflated.
