PHOTO: Peninsula College holds Young Writers Conference

Young writers took part in the Young Writers Conference held recently at Peninsula College. More than 100 firth- through sixth-grade students from five area schools were in attendance, such as Jefferson first-grader Cora Powless reading her story “Baby Narwhal.” The conference was funded by the Clallam County School Retirees Association and the Port Angeles Education Foundation.
