PORT TOWNSEND — Students and adults rallied for climate change at Port Townsend High School on Friday.

About 60 participants chose an area of concern they were interested in, such as local food, marine health, restoration, nature, voter registration and government, and were encouraged to get involved.

The group is partnering with the city of Port Townsend to make June 1 a car-free day.
