Social justice forum offered at Clallam Bay Corrections Center on April 30

CLALLAM BAY — The Asian Pacific Islander Cultural Awareness Group will host a social justice forum from 10:30 a.m. to 3:50 p.m. April 30.

The forum will be held at the Clallam Bay Corrections Center, 1830 Eagle Crest Way.

According to a press release, the forum will explore issues related to mass incarceration and help community leaders and activists learn how to assist prisoners from the community.

The forum is presented in collaboration with the Black Prisoners Caucus, Nuestro Grupo Cultural, TEACH and STREETS.

Attendees must RSVP no later than Friday.
