Dungeness Audubon Center volunteer Terri Tyler of Sequim hangs decorative flags made by school children on the trestle at Railroad Bridge Park near Sequim on Tuesday. The flags were created by youngsters attending the recent Dungeness River Festival and depict each child’s impressions of the river and their hopes for the future.
