Crews extinguish small fire on DNR land south of Discovery Bay

DISCOVERY BAY — Department of Natural Resources crews extinguished a small brush fire Monday afternoon on land between Woods Road and Wykoff Road south of Discovery Bay.

According to a spokesman for Clallam County Fire District 3, the blaze was about 50-by-150 feet and was on DNR land.

What started the fire was not immediately known.
