Traffic delayed south of Port Townsend due to road work

From Jefferson County Emergency Management:
Road work is significantly delaying traffic both northbound and southbound near intersection of state Highway 19 and state Highway 20 [south of Port Townsend and north of Jefferson County International Airport].
Highly recommend use of alternate route (Discovery Road) during the day today.
Waits can be up to 30 minutes each way.
