WEEKEND: ‘Footloose’ cuts loose tonight in Sequim

SEQUIM — Fifty-five youngsters will sing and dance in “Footloose,” which opened at the Sequim High School Performing Arts Center on Thursday.
“Footloose” tells of a newcomer taking on a town that has banned dancing — and winning.
It will show at the Sequim High School Performing Arts Center, 601 N. Sequim Ave., at 6 p.m. on Thursdays through May 16, at 7 p.m. on Fridays (including tonight) through May 17, at 2 p.m. this Saturday only and at 7 p.m. on two Saturdays, May 11 and 18.
Premium tickets are $12, while general seating for adults is $10, or $8 for seniors and students with an Associated Student Body card.
Also, $25 family passes are available for all Thursday shows and for this Saturday’s matinee.
