Over the past few weeks I have studied the memorandums released to the public in which Mr. Madsen described numerous instances of concern.

I have not had the opportunity to review these specific concerns with Mr. Madsen himself.

However, I believe that I may be cited in three of those concerns and would be happy to explain my actions to the public:
