Carlsborg: Arrest may solve arson fires, thefts and burglaries, deputies say

CARLSBORG — Clallam County Sheriff’s Department officials say arson fires in two vacant dwellings Sunday, a car theft and more than 20 car prowls and burglaries are solved with the arrest of an Agnew man early Monday.
