PORT TOWNSEND — The annual Rhododendron Festival culminated Saturday with the traditional Grand Parade.
Entries winning major awards in the Grand Parade are:

* Mayor’s Award, Sequim Irrigation Festival.
* Queen’s Award, the Marysville Strawberry Festival.
