Kyler Rollness came up huge in Sequim’s 22-20 playoff win over Franklin Pierce this weekend to help the Wolves qualify for the state 2A football playoffs.

Rollness, a senior, has been a starter for three years for the Wolves varsity squad. A wide receiver, he totaled nine catches for 162 yards against Franklin Pierce, including an 11-yard touchdown and a 54-yard touchdown on a hook-and-ladder play.

Rollness’ game was almost even bigger as he had an 80-yard kick return was called back on a penalty.

Rollness and his Sequim teammates will be facing Steilacoom Friday in the opening game of the state 2A playoffs.
