Volunteer Hospice to add nurse team manager

PORT ANGELES — Volunteer Hospice of Clallam County has created a new leadership position.

Volunteer Hospice is seeking candidates for the newly created nurse team manager role and for expanding the per diem and part-time nursing team.

The organization has seen significant year-to-year growth over the last five years, the nonprofit’s representatives said last week. It now provides care to more than 130 patients and their loved ones each month.

The nurse team manager will help shape the future of the growing organization and lead a collaborative team of nurses.

Registered nurses interested in flexible per diem, part-time, or management positions are encouraged to apply.

Volunteer Hospice offers medical and retirement benefits as well as opportunities for professional development and leadership training, representatives said..

Resumes and cover letters can be sent to office@vhocc.org.
