PORT ANGELES — Two events today mark Valentine’s Day in Port Angeles.
The Port Angeles Rotary Club will hold a Valentine’s dinner dance and silent auction today in the Port Angeles CrabHouse Restaurant ballroom., 221 N. Lincoln St.
The social hour and silent auction begin at 6 p.m., with the dinner served beginning at 7:30 p.m.
Entertainment will be provided by Craig Buhler’s Dream Band which offers swing music for listening and dancing.
A raffle will be held for vacation packages, in addition to the silent auction.
All proceeds benefit community service project and scholarships administered through the Port Angeles Rotary Foundation, which is affiliated with the Port Angeles Rotary Club.

Earlier today, Laurel Park Assisted Living, 1133 E. Park Ave., Port Angeles, will hold its fifth annual Chocolate Festival from 2 to 4 p.m.
Participants can enjoy chocolate tasting stations, free coffee and milk and musical entertainment.
A silent auction and raffles also will be held to raise money for Alzheimer’s disease research.
