River film screens
PORT ANGELES — A screening of the prize-winning “Return of the River” will be held at the Elwha Klallam Heritage Center, 401 E. First St., from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
Admission is by donation.
The director will be available for a Q&A after the film.
“Return of the River” features an unlikely success story for environmental and cultural restoration revolving around the removal of the two dams on the Elwha River.
