PORT ANGELES — Larry Williams held a commanding lead over his two challengers Tuesday night in his bid to retain a seat on the City Council.
With 2,252 ballots counted, Williams had 958 votes, or 42.5 percent.
Karen Spence had 656 votes, or 29.1 percent, followed by John Logelin with 636 votes, or 28.3 percent.
