PORT ANGELES — Contractors working for the state Department of Transportation will be moving barriers and putting down temporary pavement markings on U.S. Highway 101 during overnight lane closures through Friday morning.
Westbound drivers can expect closures of the right lanes in both directions from 7 tonight to 7 a.m. Thursday and from 7 p.m. Thursday to 7 a.m. Friday.
After the realignment, traffic will remain in this configuration through fall.
This work could be delayed and rescheduled due to rainy weather.
